Defining culture broadly as a “way of life,” multicultured people are those who have more than one way of life. Typically, this is experienced by children of immigrants, black and latinx people in living in predominantly white/WASP areas, and those who practice a religion or spirituality as a meaningful way of life.

At Purpose Producers, we believe spaces without multicultured consciousness often default to centering the dominant white culture. Our intention is to create an environment where awareness of our cultures and traditions informs our personal growth. You are the expert on your own culture, and as your coach I will honor your way of life while challenging you to reach new heights.

If you do not identify with being part of any minority groups but would like to experience coaching through a multicultural lens, I would welcome the potential of working with you. And I say “potential” because there are no guarantees that we’ll work together until we do a consultation.
